Abstract

Dementia is one of diseases with highest prevalence after cardiovascular and cerebrovacular diseases, and malignant diseases. There are an estimated 50 million people with dementia in the world, with an estimated 2050 year to be as much as 115 million. In reducing the development of dementia, when it comes to older people, it is crucial meanings the continuation of their mental activity (so-called mental fitness). It is very useful when (older) people get on a regular basis engage in some board games, different puzzles, crossword puzzles, sudoku, rebuses and the like, because it all serves as a kind of cognitive training.
