The Analysis and Application of Modern Skiing Techniques

Abstract
In this work two skiing techniques "avallement" technique and classical technique, were analysed and compared.
As "avalement" is less known among skiing experts, its more detailed biomechanical analysis is given.
The system of exercise for preparing the muscles important in this techniques is proposed.
