The Influence of Kinesitherapeutic Treatment and diet on the Changes of Anthropometric Dimensions in a Group of Women with Adipose Syndrome

Abstract

The influence of the diet and the kinesitherapeutic treatment during 10 months on the group of 30 women was examined.
The statistically significant differences of weight loss, chest, abdomen I and II, upper and lower arm, thigh and leg circumferences and back skin fold were found.
Statistically significant differences in lessening of the rest heart rate and in decreasing of the sistolic and diastolic arterial blood pressure in rest were found too.
It seems that the combination of the diet and the kinesitherapeutic treatment has a favourable influence on the athropometric and functional caracteristics of women with adipose syndrome.
