Abstract

Several socio-political phenomena by nature are not static. Electoral campaigns, presidential elections, public opinion forming, uncontrolled spreading of the international terrorism and similar processes are basically dynamic. However, many researchers study these phenomena using the traditional research methods
such as polling, regression models, retrospective and transversal studies etc. Unfortunately, the development of methods for analyzing changes was a great deal slower than the development of other methods for data analyzing and testing statistical hypotheses. In the article, the author is trying to implement new methods in analyzing the alleged dynamic changes, primarily those which are in relation with the public opinion auditing during the presidential electoral campaign.
