Abstract

The results of the first declination, inclination and total intensity survey of the Croatian Geomagnetic Repeat Stations Network that took place in the summer of 2004 are presented. The applied measurement procedures, the instruments used, as well as the reduction of measurements to the epoch of 2004.5 are described. The Croatian Normal Reference Field of the 2004.5 is represented by means of the coefficients of the second order polynomial in latitude and longitude. Normal field model showed a significant differences in respect to global DGRF. The secular variation of the Croatian territory was estimated with the help of Mokrović’s 1928. data.
