Abstract

The sample involved 2020 female subjects divide into lo sub-samples of 2020 subjects aged 12 to 21. The aim was to define, by means of iterative multi-group method and on the basis of 45 morphological mesaures, the longitudinal dimensionality of the skeleton, transversal dimensionality of the skeleton, volume and mass of the body and fat tissue. The changes in the maximum characteristic roots of the intercorrelation matrix of the stated latent dimensions can be sufficiently accurately described only if the polynomial of the fifth degree is used, taking into consideration the significant partial contribution of the linear and square components, as well as the component of the fifth degree. It is therefore evident that the effects of differentiation and amalgamation, due to the complexity of their interaction, can not be described by means of simple functions.
