Abstract

Permaculture is the conscious design and maintenance of agriculturally productive ecosystems. It takes its place and is significant in modern agriculture and in the transition to self-sustainability. With regards to agricultural production, permaculture strives to provide practical solutions in food production that are related to environmental sustainability by changing the socio - economic picture of the world. It acts by changes in culture, access to technologies and changes in the economy. Through the principles of permaculture, there is an integration of people and landscapes, which is a sustainable way that provides food, energy, shelter, and other tangible and intangible needs. The job of a fruit grower changes greatly if he takes a permaculture worldview from the mode of cultivation technology to the arrival of the product on the market where in addition to fruit it comes with different products. The benefits achieved by such systems cannot be measured with those achieved by intensive modern orchards.
