Abstract
The organization of military health care is based on the medical support system as one of the combat support services, which is constantly adapted to the type and form of conflict throughout history. In the world history of warfare and conflicts, conventional conflict as a form of frontal warfare, defined the way of organizing military healthcare based on the principle of a level medical chain for the care of the casualty and the requirement of strong ground MEDEVAC capacities in linking the levels of medical care. In the modern world, asymmetric conflict as a form of warfare, marked the first two decades of the new century, and it requires high mobility of the medical support system and agile air MEDEVAC, while skipping the levels of the classic medical chain of care, in order to meet the timelines of definitive medical care.
