Review of Thematic Maps in Geological Sciences

Abstract

Cartography is a scientific discipline which serves as a keystone for development of many sciences, including geological. When distinct geological activities intermingle, then rise, expansion and evolvement of new scientific disciplines occur. Special maps with geological substance are of great importance for the Republic of Croatia as a whole.
