Contribution to the Improvement in Making the Basis for the Land Evaluation in Land Consolidation

Abstract
The paper presents the method of land evaluation for consolidation used so far and, a possibility of improvement applying a new method of land appraisal in Croatia. In addition the method of evaluating internal economic conditions of rural economy for polughland use is presented. Most frequently considered for land consolidation is polughland.
