Single-Storey Property – Challenge for the Geodetic Profession

Abstract

Single-storey property implies the physical definition of the property in buildings with more flats. The technical procedure for making elaborates dealing with entering the property into the register is the challenge for geodetic profession. The orientation towards private property turns the single-storey property into the topical matter not only from the proprietary point of view, but also as the basis for the mortgage loans.
