Abstract

BPSCAD is software made especially for geodetic practice and surveyors who need to create, fill and update the database, as LIS or GIS (Land or Geographic Information System). Beside the conceptual development of BPSCAD software, the paper presents other characteristics using computer and input/output units, database and presentation on the computer screen, tools and procedures for input and checking of data.
