Abstract

Atmospheric influence nowadays is the basic limiting factor of geodetic measurement accuracy. Because of that, there are physical base of atmospheric influence and development of atmosphere stability criterion presented in this paper. Also, appliance of ground layer theory and mathematical-physical models are described.
