Abstract

Daily decrease of hydrocarbon production on the existing gas fields and increased demand for energy, encouraged implementation of the projects for increasing production and bringing in production wells and fields in Hungary, which could not be operated due to the impossibility of sending hydrocarbons to the gathering-transport system.
This paper shows how, after a detailed analysis of hydrocarbon layers, recoverable hydrocarbon reserves and all individual parts of the production and business system, production gas fields in Hungary can be connected to the production-gathering system of gas fields in Croatia.
By applying technological solutions and upgrading on the Gola deep gas station, it will be possible to receive the gas mixture (gas/condensate/salt water) which is delivered from the gas fields in Hungary through a new pipeline. On the GS Gola deep, after separation in the separation system. gas and condensate will be by separately pipelines transported to GTP Molve for further processing.
Planned produced hydrocarbons quantities and operations results, during the operation production period of gas fields in Hungary and acceptance into the production-gathering system in Croatia, fully justify investments in the system. With the continuous production of wells in Hungary and GS Gola deep, significant profit is realized for the company.
In concluding remarks, highlighted improvements of the proposed system for gas production and reception at GS Gola deep, future investment projects related to the Gola gas field and GS Gola deep, and the possibility of applying technical solutions to other gas fields.

Abstract

Svakodnevno smanjenje proizvodnje ugljikovodika na postojećim plinskim poljima i povećana potražnja za energentima, potiču realizaciju projekata za povećanje proizvodnje te puštanje u rad bušotina i polja u Republici Mađarskoj, koje do sada nisu mogle raditi zbog nemogućnosti otpreme ugljikovodika u sabirno transportni sustav. U ovom radu je prikazano kako se nakon detaljne analize slojeva ugljikovodika, pridobivih rezervi ugljikovodika i svih pojedinačnih dijelova sustava proizvodnje i poslovanja, proizvodna plinska polja u Republici Mađarskoj mogu priključiti na proizvodno-sabirni sustav plinskih polja u Hrvatskoj. Primjenom tehnoloških rješenja i dogradnjom plinske stanice Gola duboka, omogućiti će se prihvat plinske smjese (plin/kondenzat/slana voda) koja se novim cjevovodom dovodi iz plinskih polja u Republici Mađarskoj. Na PS Gola duboka će se zasebnim cjevovodima, plin i kondenzat, nakon izdvajanja u sustavu separacije, transportirati prema CPS Molve na daljnju obradu. Planirane proizvedene količine ugljikovodika i rezultati poslovanja, tijekom razdoblja rada proizvodnih plinskih polja u Republici Mađarskoj te prihvat u proizvodno-sabirni sustav u Hrvatskoj, u potpunosti opravdavaju ulaganja u sustav. Sa kontinuiranom proizvodnjom bušotina i PS Gola duboka, ostvaruje se značajan profit za poduzeće. U zaključnim razmatranjima istaknuta su poboljšanja predloženog sustava za proizvodnju i prihvat plina na PS Gola duboka, budući investicijski projekti vezani uz plinsko polje Gola i PS Gola duboka te mogućnost primjene tehničkih rješenja na drugim plinskim poljima.

Uvod

Eksploatacija plina i plinskog kondenzata na eksploatacijskom polju Gola odvija se od 1987. (iz ležišta Gola plitka) i od 2000. godine (iz ležišta Gola duboka). Sabirno-transportni sustav sa plinskim stanicama CPS Gola (plitka) i PS Gola duboka nalazi se na eksploatacijskom polju ugljikovodika Gola i smješten je u sjeverozapadnom dijelu Republike Hrvatske, u prostoru između rijeke Drave i hrvatsko-mađarske granice. Plinska polja uključena u projekt Somogy (Vizvar, Görgeteg-Babócsa) nalaze se u Republici Mađarskoj, uz rijeku Dravu, i udaljena su oko 20 km od polja Gola. Nakon detaljne analize slojeva ugljikovodika, pridobivih rezervi i sastava ugljikovodika te svih pojedinačnih dijelova sustava proizvodnje i poslovanja, odlučeno je da se proizvodna plinska polja u Mađarskoj priključe na proizvodno-sabirni sustav plinskih polja u Hrvatskoj tj. da se nastavi realizacija projekta koji je započeo još prije petnaest godina, ali se do danas nije uspio realizirati. Primjenom tehnoloških rješenja i dogradnjom plinske stanice Gola duboka, omogućiti će se prihvat svih planiranih količina plinske smjese (plin/kondenzat/slana voda) koja se novim cjevovodom 6“ dovodi iz plinskih polja u Mađarskoj. Projektom je planirano da se na plinskim poljima u Republici Mađarskoj izdvoji u sustavu separacije pridobivena slojna voda (zadnja separacija bila bi na polju Vizvar na plinskoj stanici) te da se prema PS Gola duboka otprema, jednim cjevovodom, plin i plinski kondenzat. Na PS Gola duboka će se zasebnim cjevovodima, plin i kondenzat, nakon izdvajanja u sustavu separacije, transportirati prema CPS Molve na daljnju obradu.
