Instrument, Operator and Outside Effect Errors in Measuring Vertical Building Temporal Deformations

Abstract
With reference to the published articles (Geodetski list 1988, 7–9, 249–253 and 1990, 1–3, 35–45), the following is an analysis of the error effect connected with the use of the levelling staff in specific circumstances of measuring vertical construction deformations by the method of geometric levelling. Besides the usual ones, other practical methods of marking the survey points and beaconing points on a construction are presented. This article is considering both the operator' and the outside effect errors.
