Abstract

Temperature dependence of positions of the absorption edge Eα g (α = 550 cm−1) of Cu6PS5X (X=Br, I) crystals in the temperature range 77 to 323 K are studied by isoabsorption measurements. Temperature variation of the total electric conductivity in the range of the second-order ferroelastic phase transition are analyzed.
