Abstract

The paper investigates a interdependence between the intensity of implementation prepared tasks and degree development of operational planning production. The degree development of operational planning production is measured by the scale of 6 degrees intensity (1-6), which is evaluated the different number a statements within each of eight prepared tasks (planning raw materials, work planning, planning tools, capacity planning, production scheduling, scheduling operations by work centre, making and launching of the working papers and various evidences making dates and quantities). On the other hand, intensity implementation of prepared tasks is defined in two ways, based on the ratings assigned by the director or manager of production and assigning personal weights given the scientific understanding a importance of the prepared tasks. The study was conducted by the inquiry. The research results showed that, in both ways determining the intensity of implementation prepared tasks, companies that have higher intensity a implementation of prepared tasks cause higher degree development of the operational planning production than the companies belong to lower degree development of a operational planning production.
