Abstract
With the establishment of the Royal Agriculture and Forestry College in Križevci, the most complex optical devices began to be used in classes and exercises. Unlike the foreign optical industry, the optical industry in our country was in its infancy. In 1947/’48 in our country, optical industry began to operate relying on science and the optical school. An important person was Stjepan Mohorovičić, who connected the development of the optical industry with the development of the optical school, which had not been the subject of scientific
activity until now.
