Many-component behaviour of multiparticle production processes. Dependence of multiplicities on the transverse momentum in semi-inclusive processes

Abstract
Some phenomenological features of the many-component description of the dependence of mean multiplicities on the transverse momentum in semi-inclusive processes are considered. The description is given in the framework of a model assuming the decomposition of secondaries into components, depending on the character of the correlations between the multiplicity n and the transverse momentum p⊥ of a particle (trigger). Other specific features of the many-component description of inclusive and semi-inclusive processes are also investigated.
