Abstract

The protection of women in the system of labour and social legalization is becoming more and more important. It the proposals regarding the change of the relevant legislation, considerable innovation in the status of women are recommended. Some of these changes are aimed at encouraging the increase in birth rate. The birth rate of a country should not be stimulated by only partial legislative solutions but rather by different legal, economic and social measures. Also, in order to fully protect women, it is not enough only to pass the corresponding legal norms. What we need is a change of the societal attitude and of some other factors that may contribute to the improvement of the woman’s position.
