Kinetics of plastic flow in Cu-Zn and Cu-Ge alloy - single crystals at 4 to 400 K

Abstract

Results on the yielding of copper single crystals containing either 0.5 - 7.3 at. % Ge or 5-30 at. % Zn in the temperature range 4-400 K have been analysed in terms of the kink-pair model of solid-solution hardening.
