Abstract

Finality is the ability of an organismic system to achieve the goal. Finality is at the same time the highest level of information. With machines, finality is in principle narrowly programmed, controlled and limited. The task of correct engineering of the information is set at the interface of machine and organismic system. Features of an observable quasi-organismic system are defined. For such a system, a ternary code is introduced based on the transformation of original binary encoding of events. Using a moving frame of four consecutive intervals, an information rich 27-character unambiguous alphabet of potentially risky events is encoded. Autopoietic behavior is defined as risk immune system behavior. On the example of a top sport event, the intervals of autopoietic and non-autopoietic behavior of teams in competition are determined, where the intervals of autopoietic behavior prevail. The probabillity of randomness of the applied algorithm is much less than 0,004.
