Abstract

This paper presents a digital application called AVATR, as an example of an advanced solution for providing personalized medical care, through digitized patient monitoring using a mobile application, a wearable device (smartwatch), and automation of defining and implementing care plans. Continuous analysis of multifactor patient data helps medical professionals adapt care to the unique needs, circumstances, and preferences of each patient. The simplicity of the dialogue-oriented user interface and compatibility with different devices make advanced healthcare more accessible. Such digitization and automation reduce healthcare costs. With the advent of generative artificial intelligence technologies, additional possibilities for integrating generative LLM chatbots into the overall system appear, providing new possibilities for automating and personalizing medical care.
