Abstract
We report a case of primary non-Hodgkin's lymphoma of the humerus that occurred in a 21-year-old male patient. A
previously healthy man presented with the history of severe pain and a differential diagnosis from osteomyelitis to malignant
lesion was suspected. A biopsy was performed and the final pathologic diagnosis was a diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
The patient was treated for lymphoma only with radiotherapy. To date, the patient remains tumor free 10 years
after the onset of the disease.
