Abstract

This short paper deals with the impact of the 1947 Peace Treaty with Italy on the three Rome Treaties concluded in 1941 by the Italian fascist régime with the “Kingdom of Croatia”. The Peace Treaty confirmed the continuity of Yugoslavia as a State during World War II. It does not mention at all the Italian gains on its territory between 1941 and its own capitulation in 1943. By this, it indirectly considers the former Treaties of 1941 as being not only void, but also non-existent.
