Abstract

A life-threatening case is described here with massive bleeding in a 40-year-old female patient with Crohn's disease. The diagnosis is given through MSCT-angiography and coloileoscopy. Bleeding stopped
spontaneously. Through a three-year follow up the patient is in a ood state and with no bleeding recurrence.
