Investigation of implementation of "Six sigma" methodology in small production organizations and prediction of its wider application in Croatian companies

Abstract

This paper deals with the results of investigating implementation of six sigma methodology in small production organizations in the Republic of Croatia and with experiences from some European countries (Great Britain and Finland). At the end the authors performed the DELPHI method to predict the time of wider
application of this methodology in small Croatian organizations.
