Abstract

In this paper is described how dimensions of GPS-receivers are successive decreased and how now company Rakon from Auckland (New Zealand) and Texas Instruments (from USA) produced the smallest modules of GPS-receivers. These devices it is possible to put on baby’s fingernail. Topcon produced also small chip with possibility to process received radio-signal from satellites emitted from satellites GPS, GLONASS and GALILEO (Giove).
