Abstract

In the first part of the article the author presents some of the
fundamental elements of pluralistic theology of religions, which tends
to be contemporary alternative to existing ecclesiocentric or rather
Christocentric model of understanding relation of Christianity and
other religions.
In this matter the author bases his analysis on theoretical reflects
of three eminent representatives of pluralistic model: J. Hick, P.
Knitter and R. Panikkar.
In the second part of the article represents critical retrospect on
brought basic štand points of the pluralistic model. On this spot, the
author points to many kinds of unacceptabilities of the theological-
methodological and Christological nature, because of that the author
concludes the pluralistic theology of religions represents ali in ali one
theological disproportional response on doubtless challenges of the
modem religious pluralism.
