Abstract

The author in this paper analyses the issue of security versus flexibility in employment relations. Following the analysis of necessity to introduce labour market flexibility and modes of its implementation, the author gives a critical analysis of the most typical flexible types of employment, i.e. the fixed-term work and part time work, emphasizing the European Labour Law solutions. A special attention has been given to Croatian Labour Law reform aimed at introducing the flexibility in labour market. In her final remarks the author proposes a set of solutions �delegeferenda.de lege ferenda.
