Abstract

This article consists of four parts. The first cautions against the overemphasis of an intellectual approach in eduction as highly one-sided and inadequate. The second asserts the thesis that man lives according to his rationality and values, thus requiring ethical and other values, in the third part, the structure of the educational process is explained, i.e. the process of the moral formation of personalities and their principal stages which are as follows: formation of moral cognition, formation of moral convictions and stands, formation of moral behavior and action. The fourth relates to the methods of educational work — the teaching of the method of evaluation, the method for forming habits and the method for prevention.
