CHARACTERISTICS OF MARITIME SHIPPING WORLD MARKET

Abstract

Maritime shipping market has been developing for centuries. The emergence of this market is the consequence of necessity of world foreign trade for maritime transport services. The shipovvners from littoral countries participate most often at this market but there can be also met the shipowners from Continental countries. Supply and demand at the maritime shipping market as the consequence of volume, structure and dynamics of world foreign trade are multi-layered. Due to this fact the pro-cesses and relations at this market are an important sphere of scientific interest.
