Croatian Journal of Forest Engineering is a refereed journal distributed internationally, publishing scientific articles concerning forest engineering, both theoretical and empirical. The journal covers all aspects of forest engineering research, ranging from basic to applied subjects. Published papers are quoted in bibliographic databases: SCI-Expanded, CAB Abstracts, Compendex and Scopus. From volume 1 to 25 the journal was published under the title "Mehanizacija šumarstva" (ISSN 0352-5406). Two issues of journal are published annually, in english with croatian summaries.
