Filozofska istraživanja (en. Philosophical Investigations) is a scientific journal of the Croatian Philosophical Society based in Zagreb, Republic of Croatia. It is the most important journal of philosophy in the Republic of Croatia and one of the most important journals of philosophy in Southeastern Europe. The journal is known for being open to new ideas, approaches and methodologies, i.e. to different orientations, schools of thought and ways of thinking, including border areas (sociology, natural sciences, religious studies, interdisciplinary studies, etc.), but also to marginalized or unjustly neglected topics. As an open access journal, Filozofska istraživanja supports the concept of open science and does not charge for its service. All content is freely available to users or their institutions at no charge. Users may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, link, or use the full texts of the articles for any non-commercial lawful purpose without first obtaining permission from the publisher or author, but must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use. This regulation is in terms with the Attribution-NonCommercial 2.0 Generic licence (CC BY-NC 2.0), available here: https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/2.0/. The journal has been published regularly since 1980 with four issues per year and publishes exclusively unpublished original papers in Croatian. With the exception of critical reviews and reports, all contributions are subjected to anonymous double-blind peer-review and qualify for publication on the basis of two positive reviews. - Editor-in-Chief Ante Čović (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb) - Deputy Editor Hrvoje Jurić (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb) - Managing Editor Luka Perušić (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb) - Secretary Mira Matijević Croatian Philosophical Society) - Junior Managing Editor Jan Defrančeski (University Centre for Integrative Bioethics, University of Zagreb) - Editorial Board Marita Brčić Kuljiš (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split), Bruno Ćurko (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split), Ivo Džinić (Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb), Igor Eterović (Faculty of Medicine, University of Rijeka), Anto Gavrić (Faculty of Philosophy and Religious Studies, University of Zagreb), Max Gottschlich (Institute for Practical Philosophy, Catholic Private University Linz), Josip Guć (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Split), Thomas Sören Hoffmann (Institute for Philosophy, State Distance-Learning University of Hagen), Luka Janeš (Faculty of Philosophy and Religious Studies, University of Zagreb), Ljudevit Fran Ježić (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb), Nevad Kahteran (Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo), Željko Kaluđerović (Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad), Marko Kardum (Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb), Ivica Kelam (Faculty of Education, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek), Marcus Knaup (Institute for Philosophy, State Distance-Learning University of Hagen), Denis Kos (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb), Marko Kos (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb), Tomislav Krznar (Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Zagreb), Janko Lozar Mrevlje (Faculty of Arts, University of Ljubljana), Ana Maskalan (Institute for Social Research in Zagreb), Igor Mikecin (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb), Boško Pešić (Faculty of Philosophy, Josip Juraj Strossmayer University of Osijek), Marija Selak Raspudić (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb), Sandro Skansi (Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb), Damir Smiljanić (Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad), Goran Sunajko (Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, University of Zagreb), Matija Mato Skerbic (Faculty of Croatian Studies, University of Zagreb), Marija Todorovska (Institute for Philosophy, Ss.
