The cultural magazine "Lanterna" publishes original texts on cultural and interdisciplinary themes related to Vela Luka, the island of Korčula as well as wider Mediterranean context. Apart from scientific papers which analyse cultural heritage, the magazine also brings write-ups on various social topicalities, literary works, reviews, photos and works of art. Its aim is to promote cultural heritage, introduce topicalities and perspectives of cultural life and to emphasise the issues and needs of the culture of the island and consideration of island as such.
