Journal Miscellanea Hadriatica et Mediterranea published by Department of History, University of Zadar, publishes papers in history and similar scholarly disciplines dealing with the Adriatic and Mediterranean topics (and of their respective hinterlands), as well as reviews of works dealing with these topics. Already published articles or papers submitted to other publishers will not be accepted. Before publication all articles go through a quality control system (double-blind peer review by reviewers independent of authors) . All papers are published bilingually, in Croatian and in one foreign language (mostly in English). This journal does not charge APCs or submission charges. The journal is published once a year. Journal is indexed by SCOPUS, ERIH PLUS, DOAJ, CEEOL and HRČAK. It is registered among the scholarly journals by ANVUR-u (Italian National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes).
