The journal publishes scientific and professional contributions primarily from the humanities field with openness to related areas. The main goals of the journal are to update current research results of Solin, its rich history, its present and its focus on the future of research and those parts of history that are not "world cultural heritage" but are an important part of Solin's past. Particular emphasis is placed on archeology, history, art history, and with the openness of other fields in the journal are published works from literature, from the field of hydrogeology, nature protection and so on. Collaborators in the journal are scientists, academics, university professors, scholars as well as other experts whose research object is fully or at least partly relies on the goals of the journal.
