The main purpose for the publishing of “Proceedings of works” of the Faculty of civil engineering of University in Rijeka is to enable the publication of co-authored papers of students in the finishing years of University and Professional studies and their mentors, as well as course teachers and collaborators, of independent and co-authored papers of teachers and students of Post-graduate doctoral study, external Faculty collaborators, other scientists from University of Rijeka and Republic of Croatia, and experts for industry and close social community. The indirect purpose of the publication is encouragement of acquisition of writing skills and paper editing and motivation for research work in young colleagues. The papers must contain noticeable results that were not previously published, and to refer to existing knowledge and topics connected to the areas of activity, mission, and vision of the Faculty.

• Rights: “Proceedings of works“ is the journal of Faculty of civil engineering of University of Rijeka and is dedicated to Open Access. The content of the journal is available in its entirety without fees. Users can read it, download it and share it with other parties on the condition of correctly citing the original, not modifying or in other way utilizing material for commercial purposes, and using the material in accordance with CC BY-NC-ND license of Creative Commons (CC) licenses. The journal does not apply the Article Processing Charges (APCs) or charges for article submission. Authors maintain the authorship and allow the Faculty of civil engineering to be the original publisher of the paper. Authors can auto-archive the paper in digital repositories and archives, with the citing of data about the publishing of the paper (authors, title, journal title, volume, number, year, page, Doi and link). The researchers can copy and share the material in every media and format, for every use, with correct citing of the author and the journal. All papers are deposited in Hrčak (Portal of Croatian scientific and professional journals) and Croatian web archive.
