Prevention in Dental Protection of the Croatian Population

Sažetak

In the Introduction it is emphasized that basic preventive dentistry should be carried out in daily practice during all clinical procedures, besides adequate dental protection, in any age group of the Croatian
population. It is anticipated that such preventive measures would result in an improvement of oral health. A selective approach is necessary because o f the specificity o f some groups of the Croatian population.
Finally, in the Conclusion a solution to the problem o f preventive dentistry is given.
