Sažetak

This paper gives overview of recent theoretical frameworks that are used by authors in their “Secondary Experience” research. Research is
addressing knowledge transfer from academia to public, private and civil sector. European Commission proposed new paradigm Open Innovation 2.0 (OI2.0) that assume that innovation is created in ecosystems in which academy, public, private and civil society participate. As OI2.0 is addressing value creation instead of product and services it is necessary to set up analytical framework that could be used in observation of process that transform created value to product and services traded on the market creating income and profit for participants. Paper gives overview of OI2.0 paradigm, putting it into two different context, technocracy and humanism, give overview of the knowledge spillover theory of entrepreneurship that is dealing with filtering new knowledge into economic knowledge and propose analytical framework for analyzing space where innovation is created based on BA concept. As entrepreneur is that who transforms new knowledge into economic knowledge, and by doing so change the world as we know it, paper present theoretical framework and propose it use as a filter along the process of such a change.
