Sažetak

The· synthesis of hitherto unknown 4',5' -unsaturated isocytidine
III along with the formation of nitrogen bridged 2,5'- VI and 2,4'X
anhydro derivatives were accomplished. The stereospecific hydrogenation
of 2-benzamido vinylether II and 5' -iodoisocytidine VIII
yielded corresponding lyxo- VII and ribo- IX isomers.
