The paper focuses on the collection of short stories Zlatookin osmijeh (1996), 'to see this type of my work' as the professor himself wrote to a student of his. The paper consists of two parts: /1/ Life and work(ing) of Stjepko Težak, /2/ Zlatookin osmijeh, /3/ features of language and style.
