Sažetak

This article focuses on a methodology that encompasses mastering various shooting techniques and types of shots, the movements preceding the final shot, technical elements and tactical roles, as well as the development of exercises for skill refinement. The work is distinguished by the breadth of motor activities presented which are applicable to training young players. It achieves its primary objective: contributing to the learning and refinement of a key element of the game of handball for younger age groups.
