Sažetak
The paper deals with problems of energy system development planning under restrictive conditions, which will be imposed by global climate preservation agreements. It analyses the problems of planning and impacts of particular primary energy forms and technologies. In addition, it specifies risks, restrictions and planning conditions. Pilot investigations of possible consequences of development restrictions related to considerable reductions of CO2 emissions on energy production and consumption structure are presented. Significant structural changes and cost increases are pointed out.
