Resolution of property-rights issues at the Kaštela bay protection project

Sažetak
The problems encountered while solving property-rights issues during realization of the integrated Kaštela bay protection project are described. The full complexity of legal matters to be attended to in order to meet building permit requirements, and to take actual possession of land acquired, is presented. At that, the extent of the project engenders participation of great number of parties with private demands. The author emphasizes that the positive experience acquired on this project will prove quite valuable in the realization of future projects.
