Development of Agricultural Land Owned by the Republic of Croatia at the Territory of Bjelovarsko-bilogorska County

Sažetak
Bjelovarsko-bilogorska County belongs to the group of counties with a great amount of agricultural land owned by the Republic of Croatia, but there are many factors making rational land management complicated. The main problem lies in the fact that the situation in the field is not consistent with cadastral and land registry records. The problem could be solved by means of surveying the agricultural land. The procedure of agricultural land development ends with the registration of ownership in the land registry in favour of the Republic of Croatia.
