Sažetak
Traffic laws and regulations referring to traffic safety, and regulating relations and behaviour of road users have an important impact on the society as a whole and, from the professional point of view, they are especially important for persons in authority dealing with traffic issues. In the modern world exchange of information anduse of sources (especially in English language) in order to exchange positive experience and introduce novelties which could enhance the safety, is very important. English-Croatian vocabulary containing over 3 900 most frequent lexical items, covering that field, has been compiled with a view to possible improving of that communication.
