Sažetak The author analyzes the attitude of the lawyer Carl Schmitt towards the philosopher Hegel. He considers the way in which Schmitt relates to Hegel and believes his references to Hegel are not justified. Namely, Schmitt was not Hegelian. The author proves his theory with an analysis of the stance of each philosopher towards liberalism, political theology, the friend-enemy theory, and each one's style of reasoning.
