Sažetak
This article presents the Curriculum globaALE - Program for global
adult learning and education and is unique in its concept . Global applicability in adult education is it’s basic idea. His goal is to promote professionalization of the teachers participating in adult education globally. Adult education is an important part of lifelong learning. To achieve this goal the teachers included in adult education must have appropriate competences. Teachers working in the regular educational system have the systematic education
to conduct teaching school population. In adult education the situation
is completely reversed. This program was created on the surface of many projects that have been implemented. In its development there were included: DIE - German Institute for Adult Education - Leibniz Centre for lifelong learning and dvv international - Institute of International Cooperation of the German Adult Education Association. The project of developing this program was divided into three phases – development of the program (2011th, 2012th),
testing and dissemination phase (2013th). The final version of the year 2013th is shown here. The program is placed on level 5 of the European Qualifications Framework.
