Ecological aspects of rural development in Croatia

Sažetak
The article presents the short historical
development of the village in Croatia from
the ecological aspect and the consequences
this development has on health and social
security and on the quality of life.
To increase the congruence between rural
development and ecological characteristics
in the Republic of Croatia, the author
suggests possible activities geared towards
improved future development.
